What to know about Closing on a Home.

Going to closing can be daunting, - we get that.

Buying & Building a Home can be a lengthy drawn out process. All for it to be over in 2 hours at closing. And whether its your first, second, or last time it can be stressful and Scary. Not to worry though, we are here to help make your experience Easy!

Here are a few things to make closing on your home more exciting, and less worrying. 

  1. Any money brought to closing should be brought in the form of a cashier's check. This can including a multitude of things. So make sure to communicate with closing, your builder or realtor on if you need anything. Closing will not except cash or credit cards.
  2. Prior to your new Home closing, you will do a final walk through. This is the fun part because you get to see your beautiful new Home! We have a little more information on what to expect during this here. 
  3. Make sure to bring a valid ID! You MUST have a valid state issued ID to bring to the title company.
  4. Enjoy the day, and all the excitement that comes with buying a new Home. Make sure you get lots of photos at title, because you'll look back on this happy moment!
