Lake Livingston Village is a beautifully wooded subdivision located in the heart of Polk County, Texas. Located approximately 1 ½ hours north of Houston, nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas. We are building in two sections within Lake Livingston Village, each reflecting a distinctive lifestyle and price consideration.
This community offers many amenities to its property owners, including a boat ramp, pavilions, swimming pools and picnic areas. The boat ramp offers convenient access to Lake Livingston as well as an outstanding fishing pier and picnic area for the family. Amenities are exclusively for residents and their guests.
The Livingston Independent School District encompasses 306 square miles of Polk County. The district currently serves approximately 4,000 students on seven campuses with over 550 employees. They offer strong core academic programs, and a wide variety of athletics and fine arts to meet the needs of all students. They also provide many vocational opportunities, a dual credit program, and have a thriving scholarship program.
